Just a Chinese girl during a new years festival....my version anyway. 
She is inside the tent and that is all the yellowness around her coming from the lamps and such..not that great because it was drawn completely on the tablet but I'm steadily getting better 
SAI and Painter Essentials 4 was used to color and place the paper lamps and stars in.
